It's pathetic how unserious this coaching staff is while hiding behind a fake "tough guy" persona. It's no wonder he got himself kicked out of Boston, and there's a reason the Celtics didn't even consider giving him a second chance. They knew exactly what we're finding out the hard way: the guy is an absolute dumbass.

Udoka and KD have officially lost the locker room. The chemistry on this team was significantly better last season, and it's embarrassing to watch this level of regression. KD needs to learn how to be a grown man and stop throwing insults at his own teammates. You can't build a winning culture when your "veteran leader" is acting like a child and creating a toxic environment for everyone else.

Let me give you a prime example of exactly how biased and incompetent this coaching staff is when it comes to Alperen Sengun. Look at Tari Eason lately, he's been abysmal. He's providing zero value on either end, consistently getting blown by on the perimeter, yet he's out there chucking 13 shots, mostly contested fadeaways. Despite that, Udoka still hands him 32 minutes a night. He's living off a defensive reputation that hasn't been grounded in reality for a long time, but Udoka still gives him a massive leash. Then you see Udoka running Capela for 9 straight minutes while Sengun is glued to the bench. It's pure incompetence. I've never seen a loser coach give this much leeway to a role player as if they're going to miraculously change the game, while having zero shame in killing Sengun's momentum and cutting his minutes for "defense" the second he finds a rhythm. This team is going nowhere with this level of coaching. Rockets Twitter is finally starting to realize why we warned you not to put blind faith in a guy who got himself fired for being an idiot. The man is an absolute liability both on and off the court.

For sure. KD single handedly brought a level of negativity so toxic it makes you actually miss the vibes from last season. Nobody in that locker room is happy right now. Not a single person is smiling. This entire season went off a cliff the moment the bullying and scapegoating of Sengun started.
