If you say the US has no interest in continuing war in Iran, and Trump is only doing it to serve Israel and the Gulf State tyrannies he loves and that enrich his family, you'll be called an anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist. But then Trump just comes out and says it himself:
Max Blumenthal@MaxBlumenthal

Trump explains why the US has attacked Iran without provocation, sending the global economy into crisis: "We're doing it to help Israel" and the Gulf dictatorships

Pierce Morgan is the Jerry Springer of politics, he’s about as low as they come in this space, the only reason I ever watch is see a sane person put him in his place like this right here:

Одно из самых мощных фото времён Второй мировой войны. Освобождение советскими войсками узников немецко-фашистского концлагеря "Аушвиц-Биркенау" - Освенцим. Посмотрите на этот момент. Спасени из ада. Мужчина справа улыбается, возможно впервые за долго время. Мужчина в центре еле держится, но стоит на своих ногах, уходя из этого ужасного места. И наш солдат, который чуть ли не нежно, очень осторожно придерживает бывшего узника страшнейшего места 💔

NATO’s covert culture war has weaponized film and TV serials to justify its own existence by conditioning the Western public for war with Russia McMafia, Chernobyl, Litvenenko appear as products of this pro-war pipeline

Tried watching a BBC doc on Russia. Already in the first mins: "Russia arrests journalists and threatens them with decades in prison!" As opposed to what? Me being threatened w/ 14 years in the UK, or 10 years in Austria for my reporting? Hypocrisy at its peak.

The bloodiest lie of the last century is that Western domination was a civilizing force. Civilization for whom? For the villages burned from the sky. For the forests poisoned. For the islands turned into bases. For the nations strangled by debt and called "corrupt" when they collapsed. No. What they civilized was extraction. What they modernized was plunder. What they globalized was submission.

🇺🇸 A video from 2013 is making the rounds again. A police officer in Illinois shoved a DUI arrestee into a cell and her face hit the concrete bench, shattering bones and teeth on impact. Cassandra Feuerstein was 47, already in custody, already restrained, and Officer Michael Hart pushed her hard enough to fracture her face in multiple places, on camera, in a police station, in front of nobody who stopped it. She sued, settled for $875,000, and the taxpayers covered it. Hart covered nothing. The public got the invoice for someone else’s violence.

Today’s Victory Day, marking the defeat of Nazi Germany, we remember one of the most famous moments from newly liberated Berlin. The video shows Lydia Spivak, a young Red Army woman, dancing and directing traffic in front of the Brandenburg Gate.

In memory of the Night Witches and millions of brave women and men of the Soviet Union The 588th Night Bomber Regiment. All women. Flying plywood and fabric biplanes, the Polikarpov Po-2, a trainer aircraft so outdated it was nearly invisible to radar and too slow for German fighters to target without stalling. They turned that weakness into a weapon. Cutting their engines on approach, they glided silently over German positions in complete darkness. No warning. No sound. Just bombs. The Germans called them Nachthexen. Night Witches. It was meant as an insult. It became a legend. Over 23,000 missions. 3,000 tons of bombs dropped. No parachutes. No excuses. 23 of them were awarded Hero of the Soviet Union, making the 588th one of the most decorated units in the entire air force. They came home to a country that didn’t quite know what to do with them. The medals were real. The recognition was complicated. The gratitude was slow, incomplete and in many cases, never came at all. History caught up eventually. It always does with people who were too far ahead of their time to be understood while they were still in it. Rest in the sky you owned.

Western media spent 81 years convincing you the Red Army were savages in Berlin. Here's a Soviet soldier dancing in the rubble of Hitler's capital, May 1945. Just celebrating survival after losing 27 million of his people to stop fascism. But they'll never show you this footage.

@scottEFGimage @walterkirn Embarrassing how? Overwhelming number of people in the USA, esp young people, are on these drugs. It is not anything unique or stigmatized. It's a badge of honor to be mentally unstable these days. Doctors don't give a shit as long as they are making profit.

@Klava_MP @walterkirn in this case, she’s outing or embarrassing herself, her family, her doctors while being somewhat in the public limelight. i get your point & had a low opinion of this family but now i see thru sad eyes how terribly depressing and ideologically smothering her young life has been.

It took real courage for Ella Emhoff to say all this. I missed it at the time. I applaud her candor.
fireworks and confetti@fworksconfetti

Ella Emhoff, stepdaughter of former Vice President Kamala Harris, from 16 December last year: "...I'm just sitting here crocheting, waiting for a friend, and I was just listening to this podcast that The Wall Street Journal put out about SSRIs and anti-anxiety meds and kind of the over-prescription of them in America. "And it was making me think a lot because I've been on SSRIs for over a decade, almost fifteen years probably, and they were calling out the lack of research on long-term use of these things. "They were calling out the lack of information that doctors give about coming off of these meds and kind of the psychological effects they can have. "And it really got me thinking how little I've thought about that, naively, obviously. "But I've noticed that every time I've gone off of it for a week or missed it or for whatever reason, like, it has been really hard for me, and I've had a really hard time. "And I guess this is just something I was wondering if you guys have thought about or relate to or kind of consider when you're thinking about going on meds like that. "Because I don't know if this is something that I feel like is being talked about enough because I feel like so many of us are on these meds, and this is, like, actually happening. "Like, people get off of them, and they kind of break down, and it can be really bad. So yeah, I guess I just want your general thoughts."
