Last night I watched this woman in real time, slosh around her house with the generator on INSIDE, saying they should have left but just remodeled their house and wanted to “salvage” it, tried to flee by boat, her husband found a corpse, and they don’t have insurance

Property taxes, interest rates, poor quality of new builds, etc. Homeownership is no longer desirable as it once was. However, renters in my area are currently paying the same or more for 1 bedrooms than my mortgage. So happy we purchased before the pandemic.

At the age of 35, I'm still on the fence about being a homeowner. Something about being 100% responsible for any future repairs, lawn care, & property taxes just gives me hives lmao Idk man. idk.

LinkedIn is so exhausting. "We received 1500 applications in 3 days." This is not a flex and quite frankly speaks to the company's culture. Why not close job applications after 100 submissions? It's more efficient for the HR team and keeps applicants from wasting precious time.

This is my third baby and postpartum is a little different from my first two… I’m not doing heaving lifting, no muscle straining, squatting none of that… just cardio. Sometimes to avoid postpartum depression you gotta keep your mind busy and for me that’s work and staying active… but you know what’s funny?? Y’all dragged me down when I gained 15 pounds because I was 5 months pregnant but now yall fake concerned and wanna talk about pressure??? Y’all said I was pregnant to avoid working now that you see I’m still at it it’s something else?? So yeah I’m taking this personal but its FOR ME because either way y’all are gonna have something to say
