StableLab is thrilled to announce the release of the 'Mobilizing the Uniswap DAO Treasury Report,' a significant milestone for the @Uniswap community, tokenholders, and beyond. We had the great pleasure of collaborating with the UTWG and the teams at @AranaVentures, @franklin_dao, and @karpatkey to publish this comprehensive 150-page report on the future of the $3.5B treasury. In the report, you'll find stakeholder interviews, suggested portfolio strategies, simulations, impact analysis, and much more.

🦄 We’re headed to Uniday on 11 Nov! As part of the @Uniswap Treasury Working Group, we’ve been researching mobilization of the DAO’s treasury. 150 pages, 25 hours of interviews & countless surveys later, @KlimovDmitriy will present the group’s findings live on stage 👀 📊

In Q3 2024, we worked closely with @Balancer, focusing on strategic cost management and optimizing their treasury to adapt to evolving market conditions. Key results include: ☑️ Treasury assets under karpatkey’s management increased by $2,100,353, driven largely by the addition of 9,051 GNO received on September 29th. ☑️ We achieved a 4.6% annual return with a diversified portfolio of assets, primarily stablecoins, ETH, AAVE and GNO. ☑️ Protocol income reached $2.34M, with 16% directly supporting Balancer’s reserves, plus $11,170 from the Beethoven partnership. ☑️ Year-to-date: $3.4M in operating income, with a 6.8% decrease in expenses compared to the previous quarter. Looking ahead, karpatkey is developing an updated treasury allocation strategy aimed at further enhancing treasury utilisation. As Balancer approaches the launch of Balancer V3, these steps contribute to building a stronger and more resilient financial foundation.
