@EFFEXLandscape @Quakeprediction He'll get one eventually. Law of averages.

@KneeDeep395 They really like turtle food, mealworms, earth worms, feeder fish, they like raspberries but not blueberries
English

@KneeDeep395 I found these just hatched like 100 of em swimming in a little ball. I thought they were tadpoles till I saw the whiskers. I had to argue with a great blue Herron about if he could eats them all. I saved two and let the bird and god decide the rest. Will eventually release.
English

@dakotasnider Well there was that one time you got bit by a coyote and lived.

@EFFEXLandscape @maira4yo If it's a question from a blue check mark, it's all but guaranteed.
English

@KneeDeep395 @maira4yo Pretty much the majority of noise for sure
English

@EFFEXLandscape @maira4yo Yeah but this isn't a real message. This is junior high level engagement farming
English

@KneeDeep395 @maira4yo Some people don’t like the price of getting shit done apparently.
English

@ThoughtBookish @willtoliberty @jvgraz Theoretically if you could get every one of them to do that yes. Or have some Jeff Bezos type step Up and pay it all himself. Neither of which will ever happen, but in theory, yes.
English

@KneeDeep395 @willtoliberty @jvgraz Could they not just donate the money they pay to trophy hunt instead

The feel-good story of the week.
All day Astronomy@forallcurious
🚨: Millionaire paid US$10,000to hunt buffalo in South Africa and ended up brutally killed by the animal itself.
English

@eurofounder You don't even try to come off like an actual human, do you?
English

@Mr_FadedGlory @Bot_Peterson @willtoliberty @jvgraz Local resources are in place to protect those species from poachers. What do you think happens to those resources if rich white needledicks stopped paying 5 if not 6 figures for those hunts?
English

@KneeDeep395 Cope more champ.
They're just vacations for aggro losers.
English

It's not, really. The idea that "hunting is needed to thin the herd" is just untrue, especially when we're talking about fuckin African megafauna and not whitetails in your neighborhood woodlot.
Trophy hunts do provide revenue for several parks and conservation agencies, but not a whole lot. The hunts are themselves an expense, after all; the guy who wins the lottery for the hunt needs transport, guides, oversight, supplies, a whole suite of safety protocols, and very often is housed at the park's expense for at least a portion of his trip. They don't just open the gate and let you Elmer Fudd around Ngorongoro, after all.
Philanthropy, tourism, and government funding are all much larger sources of revenue for conservation, and to be honest, the idea that you have ten grand to spend "for conservation" but only if you get to shoot a cape buffalo is really fuckin weird.
This idea by the Divorced Man In Mirrorshades Brigade that their desire to blast an animal's head off is actually somehow essential to that animal's well-being is just contrarian nonsense and, probably, some sort of ethical cope. You probably think you're "sticking it to them animal rights types" but all you're doing is being wrong in public.
Trophy hunts do nothing, except help some 54 year old guy with too much money and too little pussy get his rocks off. They're not that harmful (except to the animal and / or hunter killed) and they're not helpful.

@willtoliberty @jvgraz 99% of the population doesn't have the stomach for the fact trophy hunting is huge for conservation.
English

@emkenobi You'd better be a vegan.
If not, you're retarded.

@SCMountainGoat In Paris, gypsies do it face down on the sidewalk but holding up a donation cup.
