@NopeSignal It honestly irritates me that Neon is so inconsistent with now many screens a movie of theirs gets. Like this year so far, only 1 of the 9 movies they released reached my theater. Granted, I really enjoyed Hokum, but god I wanted to see ILB and Leviticus too.

It’s a struggle being a movie guy who watches a bunch of movies that no one else has seen. “Hey, you guys wanna talk about Hokum, I love Boosters, Leviticus.” No, because nobody besides me and 14 other people saw that in theaters.

Jax is what you get when trans kids are forced to only consume brainwashing grifter toxic slop propaganda made to make you feel apathetic and self destructive instead of receiving gender affirming education and treatment but no ones ready for that conversation

The way I interpret this is that Jax being irredeemable is because their brain was scanned on the current state of Jax's mindset and mental state at the time. So being just a brain scan/consciousness, they couldn't move past their insecurities and trauma.
