Im doing weekend sessions and even weekdays up until season. Get At Me!!!

As still a an athlete , I will be going away to play pro ball , but in June is when training will pick back up for al!!!

In a very few time I have been able to connect and train with athletes on most levels!! Youth, High School , JUCO , Division 1 & 2 !

You reach they will teach . Being able to have the timing down on your punch will always set you you up nice .With work at the timing you’ll set a defender back a few feet and make your life much easier. #TeachingthegamefromtheTrenches #KnightLineTraining #TrenchMob

A lot of O-Linemen in High School know nothing or never heard of a post step. That post step will prohibit the Lineman from gaining leverage if done right and will keep you balanced in your stance.
