Carved directly into the sandstone cliffs of southern Egypt, this colossal seated statue stands at the Great Temple of Abu Simbel, near the modern border with Sudan. The monument dates to the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II in the 13th century BCE (c. 1279–1213 BCE), during the height of the New Kingdom. Sculpted from living rock, the figure depicts the king in divine stillness, wearing the royal nemes headdress and false beard, his hands resting calmly upon his knees. Behind and around him, walls of carved reliefs and hieroglyphic inscriptions proclaim military victories, royal lineage, and devotion to the gods. The sheer scale of the statue, towering above human visitors, was designed to project eternal power and divine authority. Standing before it today evokes a profound sense of awe—an encounter with ambition carved into stone, where time feels suspended between the ancient sun and the present sky.

Looks like a great mix of so many good RPGs of the 90's, but with the benefit of great replay value. The most we got back then was multiple RPG endings, and many still think that's the gold standard for RPG innovation. Kudos to your team for giving players an experience beyond the same old cookie cutter, McDonald's approach to RPGs. Can't wait to try! ⚔️

@RizoaOfficial I decided to hide the number to discourage grinding. Players should act naturally rather than keep an eye on a number. Exploration is rewarded, too... you get points for finding new places, solving quest, and much more, not just for defeating enemies.

@KnightsFrontier I much prefer event based leveling over EXP. It's a shame there aren't any games out there that I've seen do it well. EXP encourages grinding. Event based leveling / skill growth encourages exploration and interaction, and imo is more likely to draw the player into the world.

People who depend on EXP have never played and actual honest to God RPG and it shows.

@ForNullUSA @threelinestudio Good find. That cave name label should not even be visible while camping - fixed and will be in thge next build, online in a few minuts.

@KnightsFrontier @threelinestudio This might not be the right place to post this, but when I'm camped in the cavern and hover cursor over break camp icon, the icon's text is rendered beneath the location label "small cavern.", obscuring the text. Other than that everything running great, even on cheapy computer!
