Initial Season 4 Squadra Tierlist as a higher level (ish) player Horrible balance patch in that we didn't see nerfs to some of the problems of last season (Daima, Hit, Kefla) and it's hard to find motivation to play. But at least Ulthan got gutted. Loosely ordered within tiers
