Dear women thinking about spending $5000 on labiaplasty you don’t need, Your $5000 will be $90,000 in 30 years if you invest it well instead of spending it on a labiaplasty, which will not actually make your vulva more attractive and could rob you of sexual function.

I’m told over and over that of course OB/GYNs care about pelvic anatomy and female sexual function. If that’s true, can someone please explain to me why no one spoke up about the omission of the nerves in the clitoris until 2019? No one spoke up until me. Why?

5. Keep trying to ask for what is new in treatments, therapies and options. Stitch together the health care you need and that serves you for you. What has been working for you?

4. Don't stop riding a bike. Check out the spongy wonder or other noseless bike seats. Get angry that studies of nerve damage and bike seats have left out people with vulvas.
