@thameswater we’ve had scammers trying to hit us while we’re down ..this account has been contacting us , promising to address our claim but oh then they need access to our bank account and personal details .@thameswaterHlp7 criminals .

Now we’re getting scam phone calls from people claiming to want to help from @thameswater … could this situation be anymore annoying and stressful 😩

@thameswaterHlp7 Why are you even replying again to this tweet , damn if you guys were that responsive to emails and phone calls maybe we’d have gotten somewhere sooner ?? P.S I’ve replied to several dms from Thames water ,I’m not repeating myself again and again ..

@thameswaterHlp7 I’ve checked , lots of automated responses followed by another contact for another insurance manager .. so am I to override the existing alleged claim manager now,does this one work for you or a third party again?

We’re still closed since 31/10/25😭.we were issued the drying certificate on 05/01 but still work hasn’t started, still no loss of earnings received in 3 months @NewJournal @kentishtowner @HamandHigh is this acceptable treatment by @thameswater of an independent business??

We’ve mourned the unexpected loss of our bar ,the sentiment and one of a kind pieces of antique furniture never to be replaced ,things that can’t be valued financially but we can’t get excited about the new era and look ahead without knowing what’s in store…

We’ve lost so much already through no fault of our own & will no doubt carry the cost going forward too but how can anyone survive in this climate when your income stops immediately & 6 weeks later ,still nothing?? Business owners big or small would struggle surely .

So … 6 weeks ago , a burst water mains on a neighbouring road caused a catastrophic flood .We were unfortunately among the numerous residents and businesses affected and were forced to close effective immediately,indeed our beautiful bar filled up like a swimming pool ..

I will carry on RT this to remind and shame the Brexiteer protagonists of their big lie foisted on the British electorate.
