Only in Minnesota.... Day 1 of arm care week - 65 degrees and outside. 7 days later and day 1 of full practice - foot and a half of snow and 10 degrees outside. 5 days later - upper 70's. You can't make this stuff up!

Day 3 of challenges in the books! Tight race at the top of the leaderboard. Today’s events focused on strength with a little fun in opposite hand dodgeball. Definitely don’t have anyone ambidextrous on our team!

Arm care week, day 2 is in the books! Thanks to the @MSHSBCA clinic, we decided to try something a little new for this week. Yesterday, some of our seniors drafted teams for various competitions throughout the week. Today’s events focused on speed and agility. Leaders after day 1
