In addition to this… - Begin sun exposure and grounding practice as soon as possible, especially at key circadian phases (sunrise, midday, sunset). - Exercise mindfulness and mitigation of your indoor light environment. Shut off bright artificial blue/white light shortly after sunset, replace those bulbs with oil lamps/candles, incandescents, and/or amber/red bulbs. - Get natural circadian rhythm reinstated and optimized. - Download the Cronometer app on your phone, ensure you’re getting a daily surplus of the following micronutrient cofactors (any not available on app, review Chris Masterjohn’s creatine and choline databases) to ensure the proper production of the two primary enzymes utilized to metabolize and eliminate excessive histamine, diamine oxidase (DAO) and histamine N-methyltransferase (HNMT): copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A and C, vitamins B2, B6, folate/B9, cobalamin/B12, choline, trimethylglycine, creatine, and glycine. - Minimize nnEMF exposure to the greatest extent possible (triggers mast cell activation and degranulation). - Andra offered excellent recommendations, but I would include holy basil/tulsi, andrographis, cinchona, blue/sacred lotus, magnolia bark, palmitoylethanolamide, luteolin, and UVB-stimulated vitamin D production and/or dietary intake to downregulate mast cells (quercetin only if your respond well to it, pharmacology is very dirty i.e. quite significant COMT inhibition). Clonidine and cimetidine have the potential to inhibit DAO expression. That local honey tip alone can be very helpful before allergy season begins to build oral tolerance to local allergens, but if you want full resolution, best to combine advice of both posts.

Spring is coming, and so are environmental allergies. Dark circles, congestion, sneezing: not the energy of someone in their prime. Let’s fix that. As of today, I would start daily: - raw honey products and a little bee pollen (if not allergic) - remove all pesticides from diet: Spring is glyphosate spraying season. (Game changer) - cleanse liver with bitters like orange peel tea, candy citrus peels and Andra's whole lemon drink. - vitamin C supremacy - lactoferrin for immunity and gut health - kill biofilms in nose with grapefruit seed extra nose spray. EXTRA: - eat thymus/kidneys or take desiccated thymus/kidneys - herbalism: ginger, mullein, black cumin, stinging nettle, elderberry fruit, schisandra fruit, scutellaria baicalensis, pine pollen, perilla.
