Pope Leo XIV offers a heartfelt message to the Knights of Columbus gathered for the 143rd Supreme Convention in Washington, D.C. Speaking during the Jubilee Year of Hope, the Holy Father reflects on the virtue of hope and commends the Knights for their faithful witness through charity, fraternity, and service to those in need. He honors the legacy of Blessed Michael McGivney and encourages all Knights to be living “Heralds of Hope” in their communities and throughout the world. Learn more at kofc.org/greeting

While the Gospel has not preserved any of his words, his actions have resounded through the ages. Joseph of Nazareth stands out as the model par excellence of Christian virtue, a brilliant example of obedience to God and trust in Divine Providence. His role as protector of families in the difficulties of life and Patron of the universal Church has never been more clearly needed. Featuring interviews with leading experts and theologians, in addition to powerful first-hand testimonials — St. Joseph: Our Spiritual Father provides viewers with a glimpse into one of the most incredible lives in all of human history — a figure whose spiritual fatherhood remains open to all of us. youtu.be/AC-_o2S7JJA?si…

Today we celebrate the quiet strength of Saint Joseph. He didn’t preach sermons. He didn’t perform miracles. He didn’t write a single word of Scripture. And yet, he changed the world. Joseph listened. He trusted. He acted. When God asked him to take Mary as his wife, he said yes. When he was warned in a dream, he got up in the middle of the night and went. No spotlight. No applause. Just faithful obedience. In a culture that chases noise and recognition, Joseph shows us another way: steady love, hidden sacrifice, courageous fatherhood, and the holiness of ordinary work. Whether you’re leading a family, building something with your hands, or quietly carrying responsibilities that no one else sees, your faithfulness matters. St. Joseph, protector of families and patron of workers, pray for us. 🌿 We offer a special prayer today for our Canadian Knights and friends who are celebrating the feast of their country's patron saint.

Today we celebrate Saint Patrick: missionary, bishop, former slave, and bold preacher of the Gospel. Patrick didn’t set out to be a saint. He was kidnapped as a teenager, enslaved in Ireland, and spent years in isolation as a shepherd. It was there, in quiet and hardship, that his faith deepened. After escaping and returning home, he eventually chose to go back to Ireland, not for revenge, but for love, to share the Good News. That’s courage. That’s mercy. That’s a life transformed by grace. Today, let's remember: God can use every chapter of our story for His glory. St. Patrick, pray for us 🍀

“One thing I do know is that I was blind and now I see.” — John 9:25 In today’s Gospel, Jesus restores sight to a man born blind, not only opening his eyes, but leading him to faith. What begins as physical healing becomes a journey of courage and conviction. Questioned, doubted, and even cast out, the man stands firm in the simple truth of his encounter with Christ. And when Jesus seeks him out again, he responds with faith: “I do believe, Lord.” The Lord still seeks us, still opens our eyes, and still invites us to trust Him. 🙏 Lord, remove our blindness, deepen our faith, and help us bear witness to the light You bring into our lives. Do we share how the Lord has changed our hearts with those around us? The woman at the well encounters Jesus, is transformed, and then shares her experience with people she once hid from. We are called to share Christ’s victory in our lives with others, so they can encounter him too. Watch all Lenten videos: bit.ly/4rQbWod

"Charity & Unity" Inspired by the example of Blessed Michael McGivney, we’re reminded that faith isn’t meant to stay private—it’s meant to shape how we live, serve, and engage the world around us. A renewed political culture begins with people of conviction choosing charity, truth, and the dignity of every person. When faith leads the way, real change is possible. Knights from T.J. McGee Council 2612 in Nantucket, Massachusetts, spent Ash Wednesday night sleeping on the street — enduring winter conditions for nearly 12 hours — to raise money and awareness for housing insecurity and homelessness on the island. The council raised about $26,000, which will be donated to Nantucket Food, Fuel and Rental Assistance, an outreach service of the Nantucket Interfaith Council.
