@Arandomguyonth2 @beeeemooooo Assetto is held up solely by mods, on it's own it doesn't stand up at all. BeamNG is a self-contained sandbox where you create your own fun for the most part. Both are over a decade old.

in 1998, we yearn for 60fps in home consoles. in 2000, we finally achieved that. up until 2005, fluid 60fps is non-negotiable in 2007, for some reason it's OK for some racing games to be capped in 30fps in exchange for motion blur and particle effects

@TheJoshMan07 I hate default motion blur in game engines like Unity or Unreal, which is why I custom coded my own. I tried to make a blur that doesn't take the main focus off of what you're looking at, but still adds the sense of speed.
