The Roadsport Honda dealership is now open! Our team worked on an addition and interior renovation of the service reception, lounge, retail and showroom areas, as well as carried out the exterior work.

The unique location of this new development in Toronto's Scarborough area influenced the design of the building. Situated by one of Toronto's largest natural ravines, Highland Commons was designed to reflect both the established community & the ravine.

Coming Soon: A stacked townhouse building with a total of 9 family-sized rental units. This newest residential project, 2110 Keele Street, incorporates sustainable technologies, and promotes biodiversity through enhanced landscaping conditions.

The pre-occupancy reviews at Montebello are well underway! We’ve already completed our reviews of P1 to the second floor, and are back this week to review the 3rd and 4th floors — important steps before the building is ready for purchasers to move in later this spring.

Highland Commons is coming up above the ground! Developed by @altreedev, this residential project includes two buildings with a total of 539 units and will be coming to the corner of Military Trail and Kingston Road.

The entrance area at Common at @zibiCanada is taking shape & is getting ready to welcome its residents. Located in Ottawa's Chaudière West district, Common is a 25-storey residential tower, which will be made up of a combination of co-living, affordable and luxury rental units.

POV: Slow summer evenings at the private terrace at Birchaus Residences. Currently in pre-construction, this newest 9-storey mixed-use boutique condominium was designed to offer a wide array of unit types & amenity spaces, and create a modern and comfortable living environment.

Pictured: The newest Kingsley Square development in Newmarket, Ontario. With multiple sustainable features, including a green roof and photovoltaic array on the roof, the development is striving for LEED Silver certification.

Linea is taking shape! Swipe to see the latest progress made at the development site. Located in Toronto's Scarborough neighbourhood, Linea is a 9-storey mixed-use building that will include 5 retail units on the ground floor & 206 residential units on the levels above.

Parliament & Co – Warehouse Lofts Toronto development is inspired by the warehouses & artist lofts from the ‘60s and ‘70s. The warehouse style is reflected on the inside and the outside of the building with open concept, loft-like spaces, & oversized black steel-framed windows.

Birchaus Residences is just down the street from the Scarborough Bluffs, & close to downtown in the heart of the city's Birch Cliff Village neighbourhood. Featuring varied floorplans & finishes, each unit was designed to echo the individuality & character of its residents.

Project Update: The construction team has passed the ground level and is pouring the second level of East Pointe! A soon-to-be 11-storey residential building, East Pointe will bring 105 condo units together with a selection of amenities to Toronto’s West Hill neighbourhood.
