Thrilled to share our new preprint on bioRxiv: we show how chromosomal topological domains in E. coli repress transcription, modulate supercoiling sensitivity, and induce coupling between neighboring genes—establishing DNA topology as a potent regulator. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

It was very rewarding meeting at RNA Society Meeting #RNA25 @RNASociety. Our awesome graduate student Hasan Banna @hbnnbd gave an amazing talk about new RNA imaging tools. Meeting colleagues, students, postdocs and some non-RNA (proteins) friends as well was a great experience!
