The NASTY DeFi Lab continues to stress-test high-leverage RWA looping strategies inside NastyFR. The objective is simple: Push tokenised RWA positions toward their practical limits, measure yield stability, monitor collateral behaviour, and identify which loops can produce reliable treasury cash flow. 3-week test window @kamino Max Leverage positions produced the most stable observed results: • ONyc/USDC Reinsurance exposure Observed APY: 18–23% Collateral LTV: ~58% • PRIME/PYUSD Home equity loan exposure Observed APY: 10–15% Collateral LTV: ~87% @apyx_fi and @saturn_credit products were also tested for tokenised STRC / SATA exposure. Unleveraged yields observed: 8–13%. We tested @Morpho -based looping, using these STRC tokens as collateral. At ~70% LTV, with funding generally between 6–8%, the APYX position produced observed APY around 20%. ( Amplified STRC). Funding was volatile. Around ex-dividend dates, borrow rates briefly reached ~16%, producing temporary negative carry. Further testing across additional dividend cycles is required to separate dividend accrual from underlying token price movement. Unlike STRC, these products do not distribute monthly cash flow directly. Yield appears to accrue through token price movement, alongside STRC/SATA price exposure. APYX and Saturn points farming remains a secondary benefit. Leveraged positions materially increase point exposure. Initial USDC funding was sourced from @ZestProtocol at ~1.8%, using BTC collateral. USDC was bridged from Stacks to Ethereum and Solana. RWA tokens remain dependent on the quality of the underlying assets, legal structure, issuer controls, and redemption mechanics. The lab will continue reviewing these risks before increasing allocations. All NastyFR income is directed toward our Bitcoin treasury operations and further sats accumulation. Stack sats.
