I’m super excited to announce that I have a accepted a position at Caverna Elementary School as their Physical Education and Health teacher! I’m so thankful for this opportunity and looking forward to what the future holds! Go colonels!

@RealTheoWold NCAA is just doing what NAIA colleges have done for decades. When I went to my NAIA college for soccer, we had freshmen from literally 5 continents, that were considered freshmen at 24 years old.

In case you missed it, there's a major scandal going on in NCAA Cross Country. The national championships were last weekend and Oklahoma State won. Of Oklahoma State’s four top finishers: two are from Kenya, one is from Morocco, and one is from Ethiopia. Of the top ten finishers overall, only three are Americans and over half are from Africa. This is happening because colleges are paying recruitment agencies thousands of dollars to recruit top-end talent from overseas. Many of these recruits are older than the average American college recruit and already seasoned veterans on an international circuit. Prior to the championships, BYU's head coach Ed Eyestone raised his voice to criticize coaches who recruit over-developed foreign runners over Americans. The response from Oklahoma State head coach Dave Smith? "Shut up and coach your team." So, what we have here are foreigners taking up scholarships and NIL money that should be going to Americans, dissipating the drive, energy, and ambition of our young people-- and a cascade effect on the business side of the sport that leads to companies profiting off the replacement of Americans. Does that sound like any other recent policy debates to you? 🤔

@KolbyGreer @D59Rupley Yes :) we set up 3 hoops per side..each hoop has a football. Hoops can be guarded from the outside. If player makes it into hoop, they're safe while in it. They can attempt to throw football back (if dropped it goes back) or run it. 6 football=lots of action!

@MrAmbortPE Did this with our football unit. Also do it with just foam gator skin ball. Older students love it!

Ultimate Ultimate-There are 2 teams. Teams try to move the ball down the court to score a touchdown. If the ball hits the ground the other team gets the ball. Throwers cannot move. Use different pieces of equipment ex: Dice and roll after scoring to see how many points #physed

KY ranks 44th in avg salary for new teachers, and 40th in avg salary regardless of experience. The minimum living wage in KY is $49,324 but a new teacher in KY makes $38,010? This means new teachers are all but forced to work a second job just to survive financially. 1/6
