I had a Caesar salad from Panera. Because of the respiratory virus I had for 10 days, I now am in breathing therapy for 6 weeks. I can only walk a few blocks and then I’m out of breath. Now, I have breathing exercises every day at the dr’s - can you imagine going from regular runner to this?
