Yesterday the Komainu team headed to Battersea Park for the #JPMorganCorporateChallenge. It was our third year taking on the 5.6km course, and once again the team delivered a strong result: 18 finishers with an average time of 33:37. Well done to everyone who ran. Great effort all round!

Last week, the Komainu London office hosted their annual Summer Party, on what naturally turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. BBQ, Pimms, garden games, and great company on the office terrace made for a perfect afternoon. It was a wonderful chance to get the team together and reflect on a first half of the year that gave us plenty to celebrate. H1 has been a busy one. Tokenisation has been dominating recent conversations and headlines. We saw this first hand in Monaco at #FundForum this week, across panels, booths and side conversations alike. Komainu COO, Jonathan Patterson joined a session on the evolution of digital assets in traditional wealth management: how tokenised funds reshape cross-border distribution, what decentralisation means for liquidity and portfolio construction, and whether new digital infrastructure has moved from differentiator to baseline expectation.
