This isn't BTS fault tho. They shouldn't be the ones apologizing, it's the company and the venue responsibility to make sure everything is under control & some1 clearly didn't do their job. We don't know who is exactly responsible for it but pls make sure it won't happen again.

I can’t believe people are blaming BTS and BH for this? It’s clearly a venue organization problem???? The stadium should not be booking large-scale concerts like this if they know they don’t have the staff and infrastructure to host them
