The "next generational prospect" label gets thrown around way too easily these days, but AJ Dybantsa is making it really hard not to use it 🔥
Think back to how much weight was on Cooper Flagg’s shoulders last summer.
Coop handled it like a pro and showed flashes of greatness, but AJ just stepped onto a Summer League floor and looked completely unfazed.
Scoring 50 points in just 50 minutes of floor time is tough to do in college, let alone against NBA athletes trying to make a roster.
The level of poise and the way he forces defenses to foul him is just different.
This isn't to knock Cooper Flagg at all, they’re different players with different roles...but Dybantsa’s offensive ceiling is terrifying.
And the wildest part of all of this? He’s just the tip of the iceberg.
We’re looking at a draft class with Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, and Caleb Wilson.
It feels like one of those rare years where the league is about to get flooded with high-end, franchise-altering talent all at once.
If these first two games were just a preview, we are in for a ridiculous decade of basketball 👏
