Carl Jung once said that one of the most destructive forces a person can carry is unused creative energy. if you have something in you that wants to be made and you keep refusing to make it, that energy does not just go away. it turns inward and starts working against you.

One thing that’s not talked about enough is how important it is to have stability in your physical life before you explore the deeper spiritual realms. Having a stable home, diet, being able to meet your daily physical needs, is essential before exploring the spiritual realms otherwise you can end up extremely ungrounded and perhaps even lose your mind. It provides containment.

I figured this would be a great day to have a shot at making my own sourdough pizza. They didn't turn out half bad, although there is definitely room for improvement, and a lot of mess was involved in the process of making them.
