At what point in history, did the men who brought innovation or built empires hand the majority of their fruits off to other people simply because they were well connected? I had a KoL that I've known for some time approach me this week and say he was passionate about our project, we got down to talking about it, and when it came to money. I without hesitation being able to work with someone I'd respected offered 25% of what I was going to receive as a dev. I felt it was more than fair for what I'd be paying a single marketer who could fulfill most of our marketing needs. He laughed at me, and basically said he wanted half... This was for him to be my marketing advisor... We've worked for 2 years on this project, working to build an eco-system that is fair and transparent, so people can have true control over their digital assets. I've worked multiple 100 hours weeks and 50 hour days. How does a guy who's job is just to talk to other people, who are only valuable because they have an audience, believe he deserves half of a Devs labor, experience and expertise, for offering 3% of the work. We are here to help real frens grow... The time of the fake frens who only stand to profit from real frens is over. Caesar didn't give his advisors power to control him, so they stabbed him in the back. I myself can't work with an Advisor who doesn't value my work. Not comparing myself to Julius Caesar, but learning from his mistakes. There are changes coming to the DeFi markets and the insiders aren't gonna like where they stand with the masses once they realize just how much TradFi influence has manipulated this free market that is just in it's infancy. The #1 DEX in DeFi right now... is situated so closely to wall street. We can change that Frens... And have fun memeing along the way.
