I was today years old when I connected musical dots and realized TTYD's victory jingle is a riff on Super Mario World's default level clear theme. Oops.

Modeling magic: working on the Lion El'Johnson model from Warhammer 40K for a paint contest, and decided to spice up the base with some Night Lords as a callback to the GW scenic base. Amazing what some paint can do from the base parts!

Just found out LEGO Mario is doing a new set with Morton. This means all Koopalings besides Roy have a figure now. It's been 3 years, LEGO. 3. I'm not a complicated man, I just need my boy. Someone decided he was the bottom of the pecking order, and my heart is broken.

Finished painting an Apothecary Biologis from the new 40K Levation box. This guy is so cool, I really enjoyed working on the white armor between contrast paint shading and white base coating.

I have tried the Antonblast demo, and here's it compared to Pizza Tower: In PT, you're a nervous wreck who happens to be an expert Formula 1 Driver. In AB, you're a drunkard who stumbled into the driver's seat of a monster truck, but you figured you can wing it from there.

After many years, I've finally began revisiting Mega Man ZX and remembering why I love this game. It's also inspired me to begin covering my favorite track, which is itself a cover of sorts; such a vicious cycle!
