@SecRollins attend church services at any country church and hear all the prayer requests for those dying of cancer. Farmers die of cancer at alarming rates, encouraged by Big Ag to go down clinging to their chemicals. Pro tip - don't drink the water when you visit.

@Korteacres @GunthorpFarms Hydraulic hog carts were game changers for pasture pig production. We own five of them. Dad bought the first one in the early 80’s. It’s had new axles and new deck but ran weaners today.

We wean sows every three weeks when piglets at 6-9 weeks old. We consolidate two weanings or six weeks of farrowings to a market hog paddock. Today was one of our six weeks moving days. Four trailers. A couple trips.

@Brown27070Jeff Were you new to cows at that time? I could immediately see you were in danger. (Grew up milking cows) I hope you were not too badly hurt! Scary!!!

Reposting to get more feedback. I feel like a lot of the responses are repeats of the same few podcasts. Surely there are more theologically sound podcasts for women that focus on the practical outworking of the Titus 2 mandate in our day-to-day lives as daughters, wives, mothers, homemakers, homeschoolers, church ladies, grandmas, caregivers, etc...
Autumn@AMS_Perkins

What female centered/ female audience podcast about being a wife or mother or homeschooling do yall like and listen to?

@Farmer9910 Ibarns can be done well or poorly. When farmers cannot farm ethically the ignorant public will push it upon us to the best of their ability, hence Prop 12. Farmers should be first to condemn gestation crates instead of Smithfield & co giving us a black eye in front of the public.

@Korteacres Try to do that on a scale big enough to make a living. You will end up bankrupt. There is a place for everyone in this business and there is nothing wrong with barns. Most are cleaner and healthier than a dirt hog. And prop 12 is a bad idea

I have been raising pigs for 7 years. Not only have I never confined a sow to a crate, my pigs have never seen the inside of a barn.
Matthew Dominguez@Matt_Dominguez

Thank you, @TomiLahren for speaking out on this issue. The SOB language that attacks states rights to be removed. States should be allowed to ban cruel confinement of mother pigs without federal interference.

@Korteacres He does eat a lot of red meat. Beef & lamb. He also eats a lot of eggs. He also gets organ meats when we have some, but we don't eat it that often so he doesn't.

I want to make a formal apology for all the typos, misspellings, and nonsensical sentence structures that have been in our posts recently. I sound like English is my second language lately & don't expect that to stop anytime soon. The sleep deprivation is real here. CJ is such an advanced baby, but the boy DOES NOT SLEEP. On top of that I (Christina) am pumping or breast feeding the twins every 2.5 hours, and have been for the last 10 months... since the twins were born, and will continue to at least a year old though we want to go as long as possible. CJ at 10 months old is noticeably larger than ALL this babies his age around us. He's larger than some of the 18 monthers, and even the same size as some of the smaller 2 year olds. This comes with little man being FOREVER HUNGRY. He's also smart as a whip (already walking & talking) which means his neurons are constantly firing, leading to sleep disturbances. All this being said we are still two of the most blessed people on this planet. We get to be sleep deprived & I wouldn't trade it for anything. Our former NICU baby, the babies who aren't even supposed to be here are doing amazingly well. So please bare with us as we are very tired & a bit retarded as we raise these two little ones, run a farm, and Clint still has his town job on top of everything else. God bless.

@FAFOFarmsTX I used to take babies who wouldnt sleep outside to look at the moon. My fanciful idea was the moon would regulate them like the ocean tides. It was more fun than struggling to rock them to sleep anyway.

Once I realized Baby had stolen the potato I went and offered to pay for it and the kind cashier gifted it to us.

We have been planting potatoes here. Paused to run to town & discovered Baby shoplifted a seed potato from the hardware store. I guess he got the message that we are all about potatoes.

@artydragoon @Korteacres And just as torturing dogs is illegal, torturing pigs should be as well. These crates are illegal in the EU and Europeans still eat plenty of pork.

So my 3yo is really short. I’m not worried about it - I’m really short, and she got half her genes from me. However, her pediatrician kinda freaked out about it, and sent us to an endocrinologist. The endo recommended protein for triggering natural HGH. Here’s their flyer: 🙄

Last summer. Sow farrowing in a grass nest she made. She had a hut a few yards away she moved the babies to later. No crate in sight. I did monitor to make sure babies got into the shade before it got too hot. I set sows up for success & let them do their pig thing. @thefoodbabe

Sad to see @TomTiffanyWI on this list as I think he used to be very MAHA before there was MAHA.
Alex Clark@yoalexrapz

THIS IS A MAHA TRAITOR LIST: Every single one of these people voted to protect chemical companies INSTEAD of families who get cancer from their products. CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THIS GENERATION WILL NOT PROTECT BIG AG ANY LONGER. MIDTERMS WILL BE INTERESTING!
