The costs of leadership: 1. You will have to make hard decisions that negatively affect people you care about. 2. You will be disliked, despite your best attempt to do the best for the most. 3. You will be misunderstood and won’t always have the opportunity to defend yourself.

I’ve never cared too much what PG or PBR says a kids ranking is. If a player comes in & out performs another player we play that player. It’s one thing to tell your players your going to reward good play, & selfless play. It’s another to actually do it.
