Black South Africans are attacking African migrants and demanding they leave the country. Most of these migrants come from Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Uganda, and Tanzania. Once they’ve driven them out, South Africans will likely start beating each other up just for fun.

News24(ANC mouthpiece) made up a bogus news story about a “tender” being awarded to an unknown publisher who registered their company 3 days after the tender closed.
They mixed a few facts with a lot of fiction to try and shed a bad light on DA minister @Siviwe_G to make her look corrupt. @geordinhl
Any reporter without a hidden political agenda would have known there was no actual tender.

@KaseraBM In South Africa, teachers are required to spend more time on admin than on actually attempting to teach over crowded classes.
I suspect the same is true for Namibia.
No money for classes or teachers but at least we can scrape some together for the underpaid cabinet ministers.

1) Unqualified personnel.
2) Unaccountable staff (accountable only on paper)
3) Lazy officials
4) undisciplined ministers.
We have decades to go before we realise salaries should reflect outcomes achieved
