If you walk into an airport and walk up to the forex exchange counter and say, “hey, you guys have this price listed for USD to naira,” and then tell them, “I want to make a bet with you that tomorrow this price is going to go up,” and they agree to that bet — if the price goes up, they pay you the difference — that’s a CFD (contract for difference). That does NOT mean your money is going into institutional flow. How are y’all so confused about this? Stop trying to compare institutional trading when retail traders don’t even have access to that. I saw one of Eric’s videos where he was explaining how people who aren’t afraid to ask for help, people who aren’t afraid to ask questions, usually get what they want out of life. He gave an example of a lady who was supposed to check out of her hotel by 12 p.m., but her flight wasn’t until 6 p.m. She wanted to stay until about 3 p.m. because between the 12 p.m. checkout time and her flight, she didn’t have anywhere else to stay. Eric suggested that she ask the hotel management for an extension. She did, and she got what she wanted. In that same situation, I realized that I probably wouldn’t have asked. I would have looked for another hotel or somewhere else I could check into by 12 p.m. just to solve the problem on my own instead of asking for an extension. And it made me realize something important. People who actually ask often get what they want out of life. People who are shameless about promoting themselves get what they want out of life. When he started, people saw him as shameless and called him names but look at him today, nobody is bigger than him in the African Twitch space at the moment. These are things you have to pay attention to. People who push their market. People who aren’t afraid to ask for help. People who aren’t afraid to say please shift I’m uncomfortable.
