Students are afraid of getting things wrong, that they aren't bright that they become anxious, but there are many misconceptions that many students make. We need to make that known to the students. When we think of a "mistake" we think something is wrong, or something bad happened. In our teaching, if we are able to focus on "revising your thinking" instead of mistake, it is positive& the students wouldn't feel "bad" for making mistakes #elemmathchat #edchat5414SoMe
