@Krait181 okay great but part of the artistry of a game is how it plays so if you aren't experiencing that part of the game then you haven't experienced the art fully

u cant say u engaged with a movie if u havent seen it u cant say u engaged with an album if u havent heard it u cant say u engaged with a book if u havent read it but most "gamers" dont view games as art. so they think this doesnt apply to their artistic medium

@artificial0wl a game is art, exactly why you can participate or even be a fan of it without playing it or just watching someone play, because is just one of the many aspects of it, it isnt rocket science, no need to put people down to make them fit into a definition you have in your head

Games have soooo much more going for them than any other platform, even just liking one aspect is enough to say you like it, stop being elitists
