well, at least that's the deal in QLD, you can't dump CBM water back, you have to treat it. I assume that's the case in CO, too.

Some info emerging on Complete Genomics latest financing. It is a $14.5M convertible debt. Should last them for awhile...

However, each of their centers is supposed to cost $50-70M, so $14.5M won't deck out even a single center...
