@sorelfootwear Have you seen your trustpilot reviews? for a global company, they are absolutely abysmal. I keep being told to wait 2 to 3 business days for my voucher, a week passes and nothing! Ring again and get told the same thing. You are withholding my money.

@sorelfootwear Doesn’t give me the option to dm you. Order number 226057907. Faulty boots returned to you and partial refund issued on the 28th of November. I’m still waiting for a £100 voucher to be re-issued. Customer services ignoring my emails, nobody will help me on the phone.

@BBC_HaveYourSay why have the BBC not picked up on the updated GPSR that comes into force in less than a month.This will mean tens of thousands of small businesses having to stop selling products to the EU and Northern Ireland. The regulations are unaffordable for these business.

@approx_eng @msraynsford Etsy are horrendous for this. They have no system in place which helps sellers with ip infringement. All you do is report the listing, but unless you have a design registration number there is little they will do. My work has been ripped off for years on there!
