United is celebrating 100 years with a pair of custom, limited-edition kicks. The Adidas Samba Sneakers...future the UA logo and United Blue. But there's a catch...They can only be ordered by employees. Would you want airline shoes to travel in?

@krisvancleave @NASA Don't know why I need to know, tbh, but I'm curious: was this record set because the moon is farther from Earth on this mission than it was during Apollo 13, or because Artemis passed the moon at a greater distance from its surface than did Apollo 13?

.@nasa tells us the Artemis II crew has set the record for the farthest distance from Earth traveled by a human mission, surpassing the Apollo 13 record of 248,655 miles set in 1970. It happened at 1:57 p.m. ET.

.@SpiritAirlines having a little fun with its bright yellow livery. Calling it an ode to its longtime nickname ‘banana plane.' They'll have 6 banana liveries (sponsored by Airbus). The 1st should debut this week on N621NK w/ the design of a sticker typically found on a banana
