This is a chip butty. It is a symbol of the desolation of abomination that is much (not all) of British cuisine. It is chips (fries) on a bun. Sometimes with brown sauce, vinegar, or ketchup. A friend while I was in Nottingham multiple times tried to get me to order one of these for lunch, but I figured he was clearly trying to prank me, so no dice. I asked him, in all seriousness, "Why the chip butty?" He answered perfectly, "Because drunk." Which made perfect sense.

@TheCinesthetic Yes. An explanation to "Alien" and that alien spaceshipsomething that they found. There is still a possibility to straighten up this story and do something really good out of it. It does not feel completed, at all.

Ridley Scott originally planned PROMETHEUS to continue with PARADISE LOST, a sequel that would’ve led directly into ALIEN (1979) & explained the crashed derelict. The project evolved into ALIEN: COVENANT, with much of the Engineer storyline left behind.

With Omen III, Possession, and In the Mouth of Madness, Sam Neill became an unlikely horror icon, and then there's Event Horizon. I know it has issues, but the cast is fantastic, and the whole “Hellraiser in space” vibe works for me. Fishburne’s final reaction here is priceless.
