Why does university work like this? You lock in 2 real friends After that, it’s just social survival Daily handshakes with people you know well enough to smile, laugh, and vibe with… but not well enough to remember their name because you forgot it in week one and now it’s been too long to ask... Please don’t tell me I’m alone 😭

🦖 Don’t quit. Your Day 179 is coming too. 🚀🛡️ If you’re walking this lonely path too — keep going. Day 179 of learning Blockchain📍 179 days of isolation — grinding alone, failing alone, learning alone. While others lived normally, I lived in docs, exploit write-ups, and endless debugging. Some days I genuinely wondered if I was going anywhere… or just wasting time.. ✅ Then today happened ✅ My first ever contest. ✅ My first ever valid Immunefi submission. ✅ My first payout. A reminder that even the loneliest grind eventually echoes back with results. If you’re still in the dark part of your journey — don’t stop. Your first win is out there waiting for you. 🛡️🔥

This is how I landed my second remote job at 21 while still being in college After my last post, my dms were flooded with this one question - "How did I get it?" This journey didn’t start with the goal of getting a job. I began coding in my first year of college with one intention: to build something of my own. That was the only motivation. No thoughts about placements, interviews, or salaries, just the excitement of creating products and earn money through them. But in my second year, things weren’t working out. The projects I wanted to build weren’t taking shape, and I didn’t yet have the clarity or direction to push them further. That’s when I shifted my focus toward GSoC. I told myself: “If I can’t build my own product yet, at least let me build for people who already are.” GSoC completely changed the course of my journey. Not only because of the work experience, but because of the people involved. My GSoC mentor noticed my effort and referred me to a company, and that referral turned into my first remote job while I was still in college. I worked there for 1.5 years. It was the phase where I actually learned what it means to build for production, ship real features, and work within a team that solves meaningful problems. And four days ago, I received the offer for my second remote job. At 21, it still feels a bit surreal to write that out. I’m still early in my journey, figuring things out one step at a time, but one thing has been constant: Start early. Stay consistent. Take opportunities seriously. You never know which one might change everything. I am building a community for people who are seeking remote jobs where I will be giving the exact details of how I went about applying and all. Comment "Remote Job" and I will send you the link!
