So hopefully if theirs an oxygen issue it’ll still go off too. Our base looks like it’s still connected to the sock

@owletbabycare we have called twice today & got several different answers on our sock malfunctioning after 16 months of using it. Instead of giving us solid feedback, we were told sorry it’s just a year warranty? That’s how you treat customers who purchased your product?
