@googlemaps Okay, may you please tell me what violations these two reviews have? They are the two new ones missing since GMB switched to maps. Other business owners have been writing in with the same issue. This isn’t a violation problem.

@KristinaHelene Reviewers can see their review contribution when they sign in to their account, however, every review left on the business profile goes through an auto check before it is published. Missing reviews are often removed for possible policy violations → goo.gle/3PvnACW. -Hal

It seems since @GoogleMyBiz transferred over to @googlemaps, our new client reviews have vanished. The reviews do not go against the guidelines. Google Support doesn't seem to know what to do. Many #smallbusiness rely on google reviews. This needs to be looked into @googledevs !

@googlemaps That’s just the thing, there were no violations. The two reviews we received in the past few weeks just went missing. One client tried reposting a few weeks after the original and it is still missing. This needs to be looked into. It’s effecting small businesses in a big way.
