I’m on record saying that “travel ball” (12U- 18U) is littered with players who don’t deserve to be at this level. The problems stem from these players and parents not understanding their ability and expecting more opportunities than they deserve.

I'm really sick of hearing the coach bullying players BS. If parents attended every Clemson/Bama/Georgia FB practice, Duke/NC/Michigan State basketball practice and power D1 baseball practices, they would be shocked. Coaches are molding WINNERS, not soft ass dudes that give in.

A problem with society nowadays is kids (NOT ALL) are taught they are equals to adults, they deserve adult like respect, they are experts, and entitled to argue with adults. If I ever talked to an adult like some of these kids, my dad would have punched me right in the mouth.

Let this sink in. 78% of baseball players that commit to a D-1 school before the completion of their sophomore yr of HS, either get their scholarship rescinded or transfer after year 1. Scary stuff but FACTS don't LIE. Social media has caused a mad dash to commit!
