@kroger @MyKingSoopers since when does 3 pounds equal 2 pounds 15.4 oz? I know it’s only .6 oz but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who was shorted & those .5 oz add up to #kingsoopers & #kroger making a bunch of extra money from their customers. Gonna need a reply to this.

@kroger so why do we pick time to have food delivered if the time is not relevant. You know people choose time because they have a life /work and you all just don't care. If you get food delivered from krogers read the fine print they can come whenever they want.

@kroger Thought I’d give the store at 9303 Hwy 6 in Houston on more time after the no bag fiasco last week. Epic fail again. On 1 full service lane open that was consistently 3-4 deep. Didn’t open another lane.

@kroger the Smith’s app is not working. The shopping list doesn’t display items and can’t be added to. I’m also unable to check out a pickup order. I’ve tried logging in and out as well as reinstalling the app. The app is half of why I shop here

@kroger Made a mistake to just have it left at front desk. Going to make sure to do hand deliver IF I use @kroger's "boost" again. Going to make sure my items are there before driver leaves. This pisses me off, was relying on some of those items. It's my fault. Shouldn't use these srvcs.

If you order doordash/uber eats - most established restaurants will SEAL THE BAG to make sure nothing is taken. So do some grocers. This @kroger delivery contracted through @Instacart - not sealed at all. No receipt. No packing slip. Half the order missing. Most expensive items.

@kroger What’s the matter w/you? Don’t u have any control over your stores? Was just notified that the delivery scheduled today between 3-4 has been delayed by 7-8 hours. That’s insane! The management didn’t bother to plan ahead of time. For staff or groceries- always run out

@kroger This awful product has zero foaming action, you can’t even smell that it has any bleach! This literally does nothing to mold or to mildew after I soaked it down. Kroger should be ashamed of this scam product they are selling under their brand.
