I stopped being a landlord in DC (after 17 yrs) because of how difficult they made it. I used to rent my studio for $1700 per month, market rate. I sold it to someone who immediacy re-sold it to a flipper, who then re-sold to large investor. 6 months later the unit is back on

Ultrasound found very little fluid (a good thing). Thoracentesis (through a tube in back, after local anesthesia) draws out fluid, which is sent to pathology. And a sweet ride out of Schar.

Here at my hopeful place for #lungcancer. 3 months after my lobectomy, I’ll have a 15-minute local anesthesia procedure to drain a little fluid from my lung lining, which is very common after thoracic surgery. Should help w cough and getting winded w exertion.
