Do HGA graded cards have any value, or am I better off cracking the slab and submitting the card to PSA/Beckett? Have a 2018 Bowman’s Best Ohtani Refractor that is a 9.5 that I’m thinking of maybe having graded elsewhere. Any input is appreciated @CardPurchaser
