This is the full DM I sent to @mawworn referenced in screenshot below, sent this morning. It’s been a while, I missed those important dates, I was scheduled to speak on that hearing snd 2 others that followed but was dealing with a cyber attack, sim swap, identity theft, home break in, and car break in…got a call from the court with vm saying I didn’t attend, which was devastating for me to hear and not show up to , as I had put so much time and effort the past 1.5 yrs to even be given that opportunity. It goes to show, how vulnerable this case has made creditors and I’m not out of the weeds yet, but do plan on releasing a statement and notifying the court about this once my shit is secured. Glad to see u keep pressing on, my only request, to you and other true CelMates, please post docket #’s and give creditors the choice to not fall victim to malware, spyware and ransomware typically hidden in screenshots, jpegs, links etc. and avoid having to suffer what I went thru and continue to. A docket # , and pg number gives everyone the ability to use more secure means to accessing the info ur trying to showcase thereby limiting potential vulnerabilities. We’ve suffered enough, and I know you’d agree.

VERY UNPOPULAR FACT. Im not going to make many friends with this post. The only thing that #Bitcoin spot EFT's will do is onboard BlackRock and friends and then the masses will be onboarded onto BlackRock to trade their derivative of Bitcoin. But it'll be fantastic for the price and for those who already own Bitcoin. Just not for people who have never sent Bitcoin to friends etc... The best thing for mass adoption is to have people actually using Bitcoin. Sending Bitcoin to friends and paying for things with Bitcoin. BlackRock will NEVER facilitate that. When I first entered this space, nobody heard about Bitcoin. Anytime I talked about it, people looked at me like I was an alien from Mars. BUT slowly people started hearing about it and now just about everyone I talk to has heard about Bitcoin. Yes, everyone I know has heard about Bitcoin without one single spot ETF. You may be asking what is the point of this post? It is to show you that anyone who says that we NEED a spot Bitcoin ETF for mass adoption is either lying, is totally new to this space or has not looked at the facts.

I got news for you: Once creditors are whole using the Petition date prices, the rest goes to the U.S. gov’t, thanks to Chris Ferraro, the Celsius CEO, agreeing to pay a $4.2 billion fine to the SEC/US gov’t for who knows what. What a boneheaded move by Chris Ferraro.

Agreed, we have suffered thru countless lies, cons, data leaks, at the hands of fellow “creditors”, vultures lurking on spaces posing as creditors who’s only intention was to lower our expectations of a full return or any return for that matter while inflicting malware, and not to mention a 2 man UCC + an incompetent and seemingly untrustworthy legal team that makes me question this whole thing being rigged. @KryptoKpr Could be phone malware, too. Or something amounting to a man-in-the-middle attack. If a SIM swap happened, might be the carrier, redirecting your otherwise 'dead' SIM. Regardless, I'd call your carrier and figure out what happened.

I’ve been stuck in my house, fending them off single handedly as they attack me from every angle leaving me with no working cell phone line or internet and little to no communication capability. When/if I try to leave they break in. I have logs and reports for everything and some security footage. I’ve filed a police report, am currently pursuing further action thru the cyber crime department. All tedious and extensive processes. I missed every hearing including the confirmation hearing that I was scheduled to speak on because my home, my entire digital life/data, my sanity and my physical safety have been under threat. Im fortunate I paid attention & noticed changes to my default OS settings of my phone, on my iOT devices, my car, & smart locks etc (in RT) & acted immediately to reset, alter & set additional security protocols so as to limit their accessibility. But these are highly sophisticated and highly organized individuals, mostly young folks many of whom are reminiscent of the folks we’ve gotten to know over the course of this year and a half in our Celsius Ch. 11 case here on Twitter spaces. Young folks that are misguided and conditioned by older more experienced/skilled & more malicious/nefarious influencers that are at the helm of these evil doings. These are folks ive never met nor harmed that have no qualms nor any reason to do the things they’re doing unprovoked. This feels no different from what we experienced during the Gulf war back in Kuwait, it’s no different than Ukrain. It’s no different than our bankruptcy case, it’s no different than any of the wars (I’d imagine) are going on across the world rn. It’s a squeeze…one ive become very familiar with over the decades. One that I’ll never shy away from facing head on. One that I’ve been fighting on the right side of for our Cel-mates. One that I’ll fight tooth and nail against…coz…what else have I left to fight for? Fuck them! These fux, the rat bastards that they are have managed to exploit and abuse accessibility features for deaf, blind and disabled people, thru which they conduct these attacks via gestures, recipes, rotors, and hand held devices called switches that can intercept phone calls, block texts from going thru, gaining ur IP address + IMEA#, which then allows them to kick u off ur network. They’ve used meticulously planned socially engineered tactics to back me in a corner. But I’ve still managed to survive this relentless onslaught that goes on till 4-5 in the morning. U are well aware of my lasting power but even I have my limits. Yet, I still persevere…. I managed to stay afloat despite the odds being completely stacked against me, and I have no clue whether, the things I’m doing r hurting me or helping me….what little I do know is that whatever I’ve done has allowed me to survive this so far. It’s all trial and error, atleast on my part. It’s probably the most agonizing repetitious and boring af video game of hitting a single button ive ever played. I’m no stranger to standing alone, I’ve done that pretty much all my life and I’ll continue to…Ironically it still feels like im doing something right…we’ll see…I’m not done yet…as the old Poe(m) goes…there’s miles to go before I sleep… Remember that night on spaces & that Javascript dev kid from Africa I met on stage cautioned me not to share where I was from etc? If given a choice to do it all over again would I have done things differently? The answer is still a resounding HELL NO. I stand by my convictions & for whatever it’s worth, it’s important to set the right example whether or not it comes at a cost to me. I’ll fight that shit all day. This is a PSA to everyone, to raise awareness that the type of attack I’m facing, is what you can expect to become commonplace. This happened at the worst time possible & I’ve missed a lot, but i can say with certainty that what doesn’t kill you makes u stronger…until next time…
