I would have started Bijol and played 3 at the back. Wouldn’t have played Gruev. Would have preferred Stach & Tanaka as double 6’s with Longstaff at the 8. Playing Zone on corners never seems to work. We need to work on this so that doesn’t happen again James looked lethargic after 20 minutes. Would have subbed him out at half. Team started to play better after subs came on. We played scared. Never really attacked on Arsenal our press. They might be one of the best in the world at beating a press so Would have probably been better to just sat back and covered passing lanes. You learn more about your team from a loss then from an easy win. We weren’t getting points today but we could have made it more difficult for them. They have a £1.3 billion team to our £300 million team. Let’s be real.
