Hermes doesn't just draw the scene. It learns how you direct the next one. For the @NousResearch Hermes Agent Creative Hackathon I built storyboard - a Hermes skill that turns prose into editable film storyboards.

Revise one frame with a free-text note. Hermes extracts a generalised rule and saves it. The next scene applies it without you re-prompting. That's the part nobody else does. For the @NousResearch Hermes Creative Hackathon with @Kimi_Moonshot, due May 3.

Kimi K2.5 in three roles - parser, multimodal critic, memory extractor. Every frame is editable SVG. The whole pipeline emits inspectable artifacts on disk: scene.json, revisions.json, director_memory.json, character_bible.json, plus a production packet for the DP.

pympp 0.6.0 has ChargeIntent only, SessionIntent not yet implemented. Built the session lifecycle directly on web3.py + pytempo. When pympp ships sessions, mpp_client.py can delegate to it without changing the external API.
