@tpapres They could just get prepaid credit cards? Still gives benefits but you can't overdraft so no interest rates for borrowing.

If this passes, a lot of people won’t have access to credit and/or credit cards. Banks will stop giving credit cards to folks with bad credit or no credit. This is going to backfire big time.
