@malakhovdm @jamesclift Thanks! That’s my approach as well. My brand communication basically says: you don’t need to know every AI tool. Let implement just one simple automation in repetitive process so you can focus on tasks that matter. Evolution not revolution.

@KubaBe92 @jamesclift one thing that worked for us: don't sell 'AI automation' to SMEs. sell the specific outcome. 'we cut your invoice processing from 3 hours to 12 minutes' lands way better than 'we build custom AI agents'. the marketing strategy writes itself when you lead with the pain point.
