NanoBanana 2 just made your static ad agency obsolete.
And I just open sourced the entire tool.
Drop your product page URL.
It pulls your logos, product images, fonts, colors, and brand voice automatically.
Builds a full brand guide for you.
Then generates ad creatives at scale using nearly 4,000 high-performing ad templates across 8 niches.
It dynamically matches the best templates to your brand and brief.
Here's what makes it different:
→ Instant resizing
Get any ad in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 with one click. No regeneration. No broken text.
→ Highlight-to-edit
See an issue? Highlight the area and tell it what to fix.
→ Multiple brand profiles
Run different brands or segments from one tool.
→ Auto persona building from real customer reviews
→ Multiple QC loops on briefs and final assets
Catches AI-isms before you do.
→ Upload your own templates or use ours
Runs locally.
Just needs your Claude and Google API keys.
This is the lite version of what we use internally.
You get the full finished tool AND the open source code to make it your own.
Creatives still design the system, this handles iteration and scale.

$65k+/month ad accounts are quietly shifting to animated objects.
Here’s why.
Not mascots.
Not cartoons.
Just products acting like characters in short-form videos.
- A lemon reacting to heat
- An onion getting angry
- A leaf calmly floating in water
It feels like content, not an ad.
That’s the advantage.
AI generates the characters, scenes, and variations.
One idea → hundreds of executions.
No filming. No creators. No scheduling.
When one works, you scale it.
RT + comment “OBJECT” and I’ll DM the setup

Here are ALL ad strategies I’ve done that generated me $520k in 60 days👇
I ALWAYS start testing a product with native ads, I really don’t know why people aren’t doing them as often as they should. I saw a Twitter post about a guy saying that sales letters are just a trend.
Brother people were doing them before you were even born 😭😭
As soon as I used the data (desires, angles and customer avatar) FROM native ads to VSLs and UGC everything took off.
This is a strategy to get liquid and CRUSH your own market (it’s not made for the USA where you need to win with milion of new competitors daily). My strategy for being the best is to GET LIQUID first. How you gonna win without money? Win in your local market first.
I hired my first editor for this brand 2-3 weeks in, especially for VSLs creation.
PRO TIP: I always recommend for going for 2 editors at once, they always compete with each other to keep printing more (and better) ads. 💪💪
Now, I’m pumping out REAL volume of ads weekly. (And yes, native ads are still printing at scale)
If you want to win in EU market first and get liquid + get all prompts for winning native ads structure join my discord server I put there ALLLL the sauce 👇

Literally 200+ my and barto ads ripped in one day to theirs page 🥶💀
There is currently 0 reliable Polish mentorship, only scammers
Barto@bartoecom
Now I understand why people stop posting here on X Polish „guru” ripped everything from me including the price I was split testing and even logo on my VSLs which is ABSOLUTELY funny to me The sad part is that when I started dropshipping I looked up to him and I really wanted to buy his mentorship and now I see that this guy is basically Subi v2 stealing products of HIS OWN students I just feel sorry for people who literally sell their soul for money Be careful please

I probably lost dozens of thousands of $
Because of this one thing. 👇
Rev 7517$
Adspent 3421$
Yeah I think it was great hook actually.
And that’s because I didn’t started my BFCM campaign and preparation before.
I should be working on it from the start of November at least but I was doing normal ads, not caring about BFCM much.
I will try my best to catch up and prepare everything what I have in mind.
Also idk what I should expect it’s my first BFCM, so this will learn me a lot of things which I will share here.
Anyways, I am currently working on new SKUs, landings and obviously ads.
Trying to recreate what is working for other indirect competitors.
One thing which I learnt and realized lastly is that if you have big market awareness (a lot of people already saw your ads and were on your store) you should actually do REAL discount for Black week, because those people are actually waiting for better price. I will do exactly this and let’s see how it performs.
Hope you enjoy 🫡

Road to 1 mili $ in rev in polish market 🇵🇱
Rev 9,345$
Adspent 4,014$
Some people asked me about my product criteria so here they are:
I will list them and explain shortly
1. Passion - I don’t do pump and dump stores so I choose product which interests me.
2. TAM - the bigger the better
3. MRR - probably it should be second but in Poland it’s hard to run anything with MRR
4. Static potential - hypothetically is it possible to run this product with only image ads. Right now I am doing most of my ads, so running images is more time efficient
5. Effort and sacrifice - how much effort and sacrifice the product requires from customer to solve their problem. The smaller effort the better. (For example supplement requires 0 effort and sacrifice)
6. Be-Roas - self-explanatory
7. Good reviews - on Amazon, etc ( I mean real reviews)
8. Evergreen - self explanatory (check on google trends)
As I am writing this I realized it’s not in the right importance order but anyway…
9. Brandable
10. Awareness level of market for this product (it depends on your skills which you should choose)
11. A lot of content - for testing ads
12. MSL native ads potential - is it possible to run MSL with this product (for example not fashion)
13. Complementary product as upsells, PPU to AOV maxing
These are the top criteria which I looked for before choosing this product.
Maybe this will help someone.
Hope you enjoy 🫡

282,466$ in Poland 🇵🇱 market only in 39 days from scratch
(And 1 mil in PLN currency)
Rev 282,466$
Adspent 99,684$
Since my last post which goes a bit viral I get like 50+ questions about polish market, why it’s so good, which payment method, etc.
So…
Starting with fact that Polish market is probably not even in top 10 market in EU. (You can check it with GPT)
Second think is that again if you looking for some money glitch or golden market or golden product you will not make it.
Third, Instead of switching markets or product every week, think for a moment and understand it’s all about knowledge. The more you know the more you earn.
Always.
If you depend on luck it’s not business but gambling 🎰 and sooner or later you will understand it.
Just stick with the game, learn as much as possible, absorb every possible information about Ecom. That’s what I was doing for the past 15 months and what I will be doing for next years.
Every product can be sold. How well depends on your skills.
Having said that I will not respond on any copycats question about polish market.
Any other question is appreciated
Hope you enjoy and learn something 🫡🤝
Shoutout to @markbuildsbrand , @avcanthony_ , @spencepawliw . Content of these guys changed my life. 🫡

18k$ day in Poland 🇵🇱 market only
Rev 18,131$
Adspent 5,762$
Profit 5,827$
I never thought that this is possible in polish market only ngl
And crazy part is I am hitting consistent 30-40k PLN, since 1 month and its not looking to stop until end of the year I think
I am proud that half of this was my original MSL ads (second half was competitor based), which makes me confident that I can recreate it in future.
Crazy feeling that 15minth of grinding changed my life forever.
One lesson which I can share this time is diversity of format (everyone is talking about this since andromeda but I will write how it works for me)
Basically I have 2 main formats of ads, first is VSL, and some retargeting for it in form of simple BOF image ads
Second format is MSL which I learnt mainly from @avcanthony_ . After tweaking his prompt couple times, Claude gave me insanely good copy which prints as well as long for VSL videos.
Now I am working also on advertorials and click bait style of ads which sell click and the selling product part is in the advertorial page, but J didn’t cracked it yet for bigger scale.
And also last advice , give yourself bigger goals, ideally something so delusional that anyone would believe that you can achieve it.
For example I set up goal to hit 1 mil in revenue in PLN for the whole year long.
I did it in last 20 days which is crazy.
PS: when you set up your goals DO NOT tell about it to anyone. It’s you vs you. As always.
Hope you enjoy 🫡

$185.000 revenue in polish 🇵🇱 market im ONE MONTH 🦐
Ad spend: $70k
This is something I never thought would happen. I’m grateful for everything I’ve learned and for everyone in the space I’ve met. You guys really mean a lot to me.
Those are MAINLY the things that helped me scale this month:
- actually validating the niche (watch @markbuildsbrand video about it)
- fully understanding the customer (and what they’re deeply afraid of)
- crafting perfect sales letters (thank you @avcanthony_ )
- creating highest quality VSL’s I’ve ever done (I appreciate you sm @BenFacciani1)
I was learning ecom every single day. Literally obsessing over it. I’m also thankful to myself for that
Keep crushing guys.
One year ago I thought it was all a scam 😭😭
