Kuemper Catholic Cross Country

Great night for cross country runners from Carroll. Marie Dea took 1st for the second consecutive year and Julia Kanne and Addie Davis both finished in the top 10. Seniors Ryan North and Jacob Greving finished 4th and 5th leading the boys to the team title.

Strong finish to the first meet of the season. Girls finished 5th boys finished 3rd!

If you're a sophomore, or junior and you want to have a great program for the coming years simply do this: Talk to the freshmen. Learn their names. That's it. If you're a senior, be the upperclassman who leaves the program in June better than it was when you were a freshman.

Here's a simple 10-exercise routine that takes just 5 min and is challenging! New athletes can do each exercise for just 20 sec and take 10-30 sec of recovery between the exercises. Older athletes can build to doing this twice, with no breaks (so 10 min total). CORE X
